Do you want to contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning airport operation? We are now looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator who wants to take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and developing training initiatives for our airport.

About the role

As a training coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that the airport's employees have the right skills and qualifications according to applicable regulations and the needs of the operation. You will work closely with managers, instructors, and external training providers. Within the framework of “Basic Airport,” you are expected to work operationally, which aims to provide a deeper understanding of the position. This involves working according to a shift schedule and participating in the handling of charter flight departures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on training and certifications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Administer training records and documentation
• Support managers in skills and training planning
• Participate in the development and improvement of training processes
• Act as a contact person for external training providers and authorities
• Ability to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks and support coordination and management of ad hoc charter flights
• Communicate effectively with flight crews, operations, and external partners

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination and planning
• Good administrative skills and experience working with digital systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in travel, airport, or aviation operations is a plus
